I've only had nice people serving me here. Service with a smile, that makes up for the usual crowds. If you pick the right time, though (e.g. mid week late evening), even the queues are not too bad.

If you need to pick up furniture after paying, go over and have a coffee and a hotdog, they have a screen in the bistro that shows you when your order is ready for pickup.

Grote winkel, altijd zeer druk en de voorraden worden niet altijd tijdig aangevuld. Zeer ordelijk maar het personeel spreekt niet gebrekkig Nederlands.
