The Hotel is great! Good place in the city and with very good staff. But the telephone bill... Three international phone calls (two of 3 minutes and one of 6 minutes) costed more than U$ 200,00!!

Great little hotel & VERY nice staff! Book better than Standard rm if possible. This is a Deluxe Queen; Queens vary in size. We stayed 10d & changed rooms. Rm 602 & 814 were grt. Prepay gets 30% off.

I loved the location of this hotel, but with the lower rooms, you hear all the street noise. The rooms are nice but very compact, which I understand is typical for New York. The staff is wonderful!

Great lil' hotel on upper west side. Rooms are NOT large, but clean, quiet, and perfect for somebody who won't be spending much time in their room. Desk staff are some of the finest NYC has to offer.

The rooms are very nice. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. For Manhattan, it is reasonably priced. I will come back again. The rooms are small but why stay in them.

rooms were perfect, albeit a little chilly (it was in the single digits outside). Staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean and quaint.

Love NYC but not crowds and tourists!? Then the Belleclaire will satisfy! great front desk crew and everything just around the corner.

Room was very spacious but a bit dark because of the tiny window. Really clean. Really nice bathroom with bathtub. Try the pizza round the corner

Great Hotel. Excellent location off Broadway. European Deli. 2 minute walk is a must visit.

Don't take room 128 if you want to sleep at night, it's behind the elevator and there is a sound of cracking every fee seconds. Beside the crew is awesome!

I liked it, would stay again for the price, love the UWS, but can be noisy from outside and internet went out while I was staying.

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Location is excellent (2 minutes away from 79th subway station), but the heater is noisy and don’t let you sleep well and the overall service is cold.

The 24-hour Manhattan Diner is just across the street and delivers to the room for free. 2am cinnamon toast? No problem.

In a nice spot • not to far from subway .small rooms but typical for any New York hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Not a good bathroom

Hotel is overpriced. Staff could be more friendly. Complimentary wifi sucks! No minibar in my room. Heater doing much noise. Location is good though... For my next visit in NYC I’ll get an Airbnb.

Damn small rooms. Never take tgeir standard room. Better stay in Park hotel or in any Hampton inn for extra 20$ than try to fit in this room. All the photos on their site show overlyexpensive rooms

The hotel is nice. The rooms are small, but cozy. Make sure your room has a bathroom atratched so you don't have to share.

Free Internet! Elevators at the main area are slow. Use the service elevator instead.

Hotel bem localizado, entre estações das ruas 72 e 79. Funcionários atenciosos, quarto espaçoso, sem carpete, ótimo. Cama, travesseiros e roupa de cama muito confortáveis. Não tem isolamento acústico.
