It was rebuilt on the same plot of land where Ida Bailey's original 1880 - 1912 "cat house" once stood. Beware Room 309.

You can hear every noise in the room of this hotel, like people walking above. One tip,take out or loosen the light bulbs in the bathroom at night, which keeps the fan running for background noise
