- Tanya YuApril 29, 2013Front end staff is nice, free breakfast every day and free dinners Mon to Thursday. Room maid service is not great...... Always leave the room only 45 percent done :-(
Katrina PoulosFebruary 5, 2013Poor customer service! Had confirms for 3 nonsmoking rooms (and able to prove it) was given a smoking room. When we asked to switch was told they were sold out and could find another hotel.
