Dettra KeysMay 16, 2014They need private rooms. Semi private rooms are so archaic and poses great infection control risks as well as compromise in PHI! No privacy! Hurry up and build the new tower!

There were a couple nurses that were really good but the others were just plain bad! Be sure not to take roaches home!
Hope you'll never have to be there, but HC's NICU is top notch. The staff is just awesome.
Lucky DeucesMarch 21, 2017I hate hospitals. The service here kinda sucks a lot. Especially at the registration counters and over the phone. They are rude and most don't even have all the info their job titles should know.

Josh DellotaApril 16, 2012Took 5 hours for the wait to get my sutures removed but it only took 5 minuts to get them actually removed... And I'm in the "express" care.
Customer Relations can be really helpful in resolving most issues.
Staff doesn't seem to know what sanitary means the RNs and Aides we dealt with didn't bother to clean up after themselves. Dirty bed pans, vomit dishes, bathrooms in the hospital rooms are filthy.

Don't tell them you're lactose intolerant unless it's really bad, otherwise they won't let you order ANYTHING with dairy, even if it's something you can normally eat!
