I understand it’s recently been remodeled. I am very happy with my room. It has places to put away my clothes (unlike aloft). So glad I moved to this hotel- Good location to restaurants downtown. The Boulder grill is a nice place to eat at the hotel. Parking garage is nice $10

Danielle ShearerJuly 21, 2013It's a non smoking hotel. Not room, hotel. Yeah.. Glad I no one warned me of that! and $7 for parking is ridiculous! Otherwise I loved it!
The shuttle does not run 24 hours a day and the overnight desk clerk is rarely at the desk. The worst service of any Holiday Inn I've ever stayed and I spend close to 300 days a year on the road.
If you get thirsty don't get a soda from the lobby get it from the vending machines on floors 4,6,8,10,12,14 it's cheaper

Jeffrey FranckMarch 10, 2013Terrible experience, waited 1.5 hours after check in for a room to be cleaned, kept getting told about 5-10 minutes. Worse holiday in I've stayed in for sure. Oh, and $7 parking. BS if you're a guest- Complimentary van service runs 24hrs will take you up to 5 miles away!
