Matthieu AchiniOctober 30, 2017Staff is nice and always welcoming. We had an upgrade in the suite which is big and even with a little terrace. The only negative point is the room itself, everything is let down, torn or not repaired
Great location to Gare Montparnasse & Metro! Room was clean and perfect for us. Staff was VERY friendly. Wifi is free but seriously throttled back. Ask for iron & board and staff will drop it off.

The Votel has been renovated and is now a VOCO Hotel (IHG Group)
Breakfast tables are too closely stacked. Our window wouldn't close properly and we had room a street side. Free wifi. Good rainshower.
The ac is not that good, they dont provide iron's u have 2 borrow it &return it by urself,1of the sinks in all rooms is blocked.One of the hotels i won't stay in again. U carry ur luggages to ur room.
ALL the sinks in the rooms are blocked. Ask the reception: "Est-ce que vous pouvez déboucher l'évier?"- The staff was nice, the hotel clean, and it's close to the Metro and Gare Montparnasse.
This hotel is very usefull and avalable for our first staying in Paris. Especislly, for ccessing to MSM by TGV, Gare Monparnasse is very near.

Romy Alyssa MadisonApril 2, 2016The staff was not nice except one young man, the WiFi didn't work and they answer me silly instead of fixing it. They even lied. The maids moved my stuff. FAR AWAY from a 4 stars, very disappointed.- The Hotel staff isn't welcoming and responsive. You need to ask for 5-6 times before you finally receive anything. I complained the AC in my room wasn't working and they were like "That's how it is"!

Вечером в отеле нет ресепшиониста, сидит охранник. По английски не очень, рум сервис не работает, в ресторане ничего нет. Нолидэй Инн ацтой!
