Make sure you have a MiFi or some way of accessing the internet because there's virtually none here (especially if you're in a far room). New renovations are nice, but improved WiFi is a MUST!!!
Room service is great. The restaurant menu has a great selection of items & the bar happy hour is awesome!
Take the free shuttle to park ridge train station, get off at seacacus, transfer to train going to Penn station, drops you right outside of madison sq gardens. $10 each way, just check the train times- Nicklebys Bar & Lounge on Sunday has 8 great TVs and has all NFL games order the truffle Mac & cheese balls
Richard RevillaJuly 24, 2019Only one elevator in the building leaves for a super long walk to you room. This hotel has so much potential but seems to have a lax sense of management.

Debbie ConoverAugust 24, 2013Reiterating what all other comments have been....wifi service is terrible! You definitely could not do work requiring a network in your room. Would not stay here for business.
The shuttle usually doesn't run on weekends. However, the staff is kind enough to help you out if possible
