Amazing location as you can walk to most any olde city aoits and the riverfront. Hotel staff is excellent and the HHonors lounge is to the right of check in. Amazing views.

Received a complimentary upgrade to VIP suite as a HHonors Gold member. Great staffs, wonderful hotel.

I was so disappointed by the service!there were some missunderstanding but they were not able to make it right even when we were there four times in person!also bad roomservice!
