Zeid AbussaudJanuary 4, 2015My parents and I fell in love with the hotel and city. This was probably the first time I truly experienced a 5-star service and quality hotel in NZ. The staff were very professional and welcoming.
- Travelling NZ? Be sure to checkout two other stunning Hilton hotels. Hilton Auckland and Hilton Queenstown, equally as unique with stunning views and wonderful service!
IshanDecember 23, 2018Ask for a lake view room on 3rd / 4th floor when checking in - the “thermal valley” rooms have no view at all. Try the pancakes at breakfast - it’s not on the menu, but included in the full brekkie- Jane BFebruary 28, 2012Fantastic hotel - great view of the lake, right next door to De Brett's Spa an the Thermal pools. Lovely dinner menu but disappointing breakfast .
