I like Hertz but wow this location is a long shuttle ride from the airport!

Hertz is great. St. Louis airports setup for rental cars is one of the worst around. Give yourself and extra 45min.

It is unfortunate that I have to leave this but I can no longer be a Hertz member after today. Long story short, an iPad was stolen from my vehicle by an employee and my car reeked of cigarettes.

Miserable excuse for a Hertz location! Dirty vehicle, the incorrect vehicle was parked in the spot that my car was supposed to be in, and the charges were incorrect. Completely incompetent employees.

Tip the shuttle driver especially if they help u with luggage!
