- Kelly BruchertSeptember 28, 2013Longest and by far the slowest moving line of all the rental companies. I've been waiting 45 minutes and I'm only halfway through the line... Be prepared to wait!
- Busiest days are Mondays and Tuesdays. Also, if you're looking for a free UPG (Gold Members), come in on a Sunday instead of Monday.
- Not good when you receive your receipt and there’s a $300 charge for a smoking clean fee, and you don’t smoke! While a call to Hertz resulted in reversing the charge, it’s the 2nd time it’s occurred
