- Teresa TankSeptember 30, 2015Tried them for the first time. Coffee was good. Sandwich was delicious. I had the tomato, basil, and mozzarella. The only thing I had a problem with is the cupcakes were dry.
- Super selection of coffee, tea, snacks, and pastries. Family friendly and fun welcoming atmosphere.
- MLJuly 27, 2013I initially went in to try the chocolate croissants. Unfortunately they were all sold out. Try getting there early Bc their supply runs low towards the end. Chill place, awesome music nonetheless
- Tamara PennellFebruary 17, 2019Very quaint bustling coffee shop with live music every Sunday from 11-1. Found it on yelp since we are from outta town!
- Mal MJuly 25, 2013Great little hidden gem! Huge selection of pastries and sandwiches and board games you can play while you're there. Awesome!

- Savory pastries go quickly on Saturday and Sunday morning. Get there before 10!
- Great little shop. Totally worth checking out, even if you are just having a hot cup of cider.
- Excellently crafted coffee and a large variety of fresh pastries made on site.
- Michelle ShreveDecember 13, 2012Sweet people, eclectic feel, bright and cheery. I'll be coming here more often!
- Jman FreebirdSeptember 16, 2012Nice jazz music on Sunday. Unfortunate that we waited ten minutes (after we paid-and tipped $1) for two lattes! Pumpkin bundt was yummy. Vanilla cupcake was barely edible.
- Soup of the day is awesome no matter it is. Peanut chicken is my fav.
- Brad MarshJuly 4, 2015Coffee and customer service! Great place with great food and never bitter coffee!!!
- It's the little things like the 'anti-spill sticker' that make this place so incredible.
- Laura RenengerAugust 31, 2011Finally, a place that knows how to make good egg salad. Free wifi, perfect little hideaway spot. Great ambiance.
- Munny KheraApril 6, 2011My favorite coffee shop in Alexandria. Homey, "grounded", and delicious baked goods. Watch out for all the kiddies during peak afternoon hours!
- Jeff LabiakOctober 8, 2011I love their tomato, mozzarella, and basil sammich. Also their chocolate bread pudding. You will too.
- The soup du jour always tastes incredible and is a great deal. Today's red lentil with lemon & cumin was the bomb!
- Kids are cute to watch while waking up with my breakfast
