I'm so glad I got a membership here. The cardio cinema is so cool and even though its busy, there is more than enough equipment to work out on. Everything is new too which is a plus!

You shee Mr. Powers I love gold; the look of it, the shmell of it, the taste of it, the texture. I love gold so much I even lost my genitalia in an unfortunate shmelting accident.

This gym is the place to be. Along with a knowledgeable staff and great equipment, it offers a Cardio Cinema -- where you can work out while you watch a movie. Two thumbs up!

If you are looking for a personal trainer ask for Scott. He is great and will listen to you to work out a plan that works for you
