Make friends with the big dudes in the gym, they are that big because they know what they are doing!
Late mornings and late nights are the best times to go. It gets busy in the evening.

enjoy the awesome equipment! And if you plan to do hard core cardio with heavy breathing... choose a machine away from others ;-)
2010 called; They want their full-sized Beats headphones back!- Please don't share your germs, clean the machine when you finish!
- They have 3 water fountains so you can leave your ridiculous giant sized gallon container of water at home.... Seriously stop being "that guy"
Seriously... This isn't your personal work out space. Don't the up a machine for 30 mins cause you wanna do 500 sets. Be courteous of other people there. Some of us are actually here to get it done- Don't forget to wipe off the equipment after you are done! Give a Hoot & Be Kind :)
There are curtains in the locker rooms for a reason, don't stand around for 20 minutes naked walking around like everybody wants to see that.- GoldGym management: new dumbbells would be appreciated more than the fresh coat of paint you threw up on the walls
for those unaware, this is a public gym! if you don't know how to share public spaces, you should look into other private options.- Friendly staff and it's never too packed... Love the cardio cinema

The posted movie schedule for the cardio theater is rarely what actually playing.
The gym is empty 6am to 10am. Knock out your workout before work :)

Watch out for the gross women who don't wear shower shoes! They're everywhere!
Don't use small locks thieves will cut them steal your valuables, break into your car and take everything they can... True story... Still waiting to hear from management
- If you have band-aids and they need to be changed, throw the old bandages in the trash! Leaving your old, used bandages for other members and/or staff to encounter is rude and just bad hygeine!
- Bring a lock for your locker so I don't have to hear about your overpriced personal items that may get stolen.
Spit your gum in the trash, not on top of the machines.
