Go online for a really cheap deal! $9.99 to start and $39 a month. It's the best deal you can get here and online.
Entertaining to watch guys work out with weights too heavy for them, keep dropping them, and then admire their muscles in the mirror.- I get sick of the dance and club music they play at top volume. Wish they would play rock or something once in a while.
It really quiet and never packed in the morning and late evenings. Friendly staff and most importantly Bo waiting for machines- If you don't like what's on the TVs over the treadmills, just ask the front desk and they will usually change it for you to what you want.

- If you like to listen to anything but dance club junk when you work out you're out of luck. And it's way too loud to listen to your own music.
- Wrk out wrk hrd be strong dont quit never givecup take your time
- Hard work dedication ... No shortcuts!!! Pays off in the end
