    Service at the breakfast buffet is terrible considering this hotel is in no way cheap. 15 minutes to clear tables, 15 minutes to get your first coffee, nobody asking to refill.

    unique lobby but rooms are not that great. Bed is comfy but layout is just ok. Overall comfy. buffet not so nice, seafood not fresh.

    great rooms but fairly poor customer service on the front desk, eg not paying attention when the customer is talking. rooms are not ready on time.

    Poor service by the bell hop. No one offered to take our bags although clearly our hands were full. Slow check in.

    Only the lobby is nice. For the same price, I would rather check in to Shangri-la. Room isn't comfy at all.
