- albaJuly 29, 2013"Stamina" Ramen. Chicken-soy sauce-chili broth, shrimp paste, chicken chashu, onion, napa cabbage, garlic chives. Insanely good.
- Jenn HOctober 8, 2013Loved this place but after the ramen heatmap was published in September 2013- lines are insane, quality took a nosedive, and dinner hostess is absolutely infuriating
- Sam HendersonFebruary 1, 2014Have to check out their new craft beer list! Great selection including many from Japan.
- 陳雄暉 弟兄January 26, 2017The ramen broth, like the Caucasian waitress with the Japanese accent, is surprisingly savory. 🍜🍱🎌
- Angela WenFebruary 3, 2017Noodles are good but broths are lackluster, salty, and leave more to be desired. Spicy Miso ramen was among the better ones. Good selection of hitichino beer.
- jake furstJanuary 13, 2013wow, blew past my expectations. short rib buns, gyoza and spicy miso ramen all stellar. definitely coming back here on the regular.

- Rock RainesFebruary 25, 2018Nikumen Beef ramen & Ganso shoyu both pretty good. Gyoza kinda whatever. Would come back again but still rank Chuko higher

- Haley JonesOctober 29, 2013Spicy Miso was good. I don't get the ramen hype, but the appetizers stole the show for me. Gyoza, Shumai and the WINGS. OH GOD THE WINGS!
- A new favorite, Ganso's Stamina Ramen brings the unique meaty/spicy ramen staple dish of Japanese ramen houses to Brooklyn.
- Rory ParnessNovember 10, 2015The appetizers are the star and the crispy gyoza may be the best pot stickers I've tasted.
- Alison LoykaJuly 5, 2013The pork belly buns are AMAZING. A clean crisp vibe at this place which is a nice change of scenery in this area.
- Steven LehrburgerNovember 9, 2012"Some ramen broths detonate at first spoonful, then fizzle out halfway through; others start off meek and turn carnal. Ganso aspires to the latter." - Ligaya Mishan for the New York Times Read more
- George CenJuly 9, 2013Got the pork rib ramen (hot) and pork shoulder/belly ramen (cold). Not usually a fan of cold noodles but am a fan of this one

- Michael ZhongDecember 15, 2013The Stamina is pretty good. Certainly one of the better ramen shops in NY. The chicken is braised to perfection.

- Harry RobertsDecember 9, 2014The gyoza were amazing, and the service was really good. The spicy ramen was incredibly tasty.
- The Ganso ramen is great. So are the shrimp shumai. And don't miss the black sesame seed ice cream.
- Crappy wine glasses that only hold about a half glass--either cut the cost by half or get real wine glasses. Legit ramen though and the wings look amazing.
- Natasha MoriniJanuary 11, 2015Spacious seating. Open kitchen to see your food being made. Great ramen and lovely staff (:
- Can't go wrong here. Get a Kai no Kaiun sake as a starter.
- Everything on the menu is ridic but go for the Stamina and a bottle of Abita root beer. It goes together like Bennie & the Jets.
- Thiago LinsNovember 29, 2014Wings, gyosa, and spicy miso ramen. They also have Hitachino Nest Real Ginger Brew.

- Evonne CJuly 26, 2013best ramen in brooklyn by far, altho the others are close. but ganso is just too good to beat.
- The ramen here never fails to impress! It's quickly becoming a neighborhood favorite but don't tell the folks from Manhattan.
- Cameron WJanuary 2, 2015The spicy miso is solid. I found the broth too salty which almost never happens for me elsewhere but the flavors and heat were good.
