- Brianne GayferJuly 15, 2013Our room was super comfy and the jacuzzi was fabulous, but the walls are seriously paper thin. Could hear full conversations and doors slamming everywhere and the curtains hardly keep out any light.
- Leah NeiraDecember 29, 2015Rooms were clean, beds were comfu, and the free upgrade to a Falls view room was really nice. Plus everything was pretty near by. And the staff were all super-friendly.
- Ryphan CarreraApril 18, 2014To get a free parking, park at the casino across the hotel (this only happen if you have a registered card with the casino and your gambling that day). Also park at 5 floor to use pedestrian bridge.
- DonnieOctober 3, 2013Oh and forgot to mention free wifi!! Just how all hotels should be. A nice ending to a vacation covering Ottawa, Downtown Toronto and now Niagara Falls. Thanks Starwood for treating us well. :)
- DonnieOctober 3, 2013Room upgraded due to SPG gold status with a jacuzzi. Self parking option is $15/day, or across the road at the Casino for a one $5 charge as you leave no matter how long you stay...no brainier. :)
- Holly BowenAugust 8, 2018This hotel is in a great location. Just up the hill (a steep hill) from Niagara Parkway. There is another Sheraton that is close to Clifton Hill but I prefer being close to the falls
- Meltem SertKayaMarch 22, 2015Huge jetted tub and nice comfy beds. Had very nice time while staying. For sure will be going back!
- Melissa DApril 14, 2012The hotel is nice & clean but the pillows & the bed weren't comfortable. The place is convenient to stay at for a night (walking distance to casino & club) but I look forward to a good sleep at home.
- Dirk JacobAugust 16, 2017Beware this hotel has a great construction site next door! Strong noise from 07:00 o'clock
- Comfort Stride Foot ClinicFebruary 25, 2013The heater/air con is very loud. Room doors tend to slam if you don't quietly close them and therefore people on a crowded night will slam doors constantly. Voucher program in full swing!
- Shannon AtanasOctober 16, 2012We were in room 827 which was beautiful, only complaint is the air conditioner was extremely noisy and kept us up allnight. Other than that I loved the layout of the room.
- Violetta SkrypnykovaSeptember 18, 2013Hotel has convenient location.Rooms are nice and cosy, there is free Wi-Fi here. The only thing I don't like here is swimming pool.
- Mark ChuramanJanuary 15, 2012If you have a Players Advantage Card, park at Fallsview Casino (it's free). There's an enclosed bridge that connects the casino with the hotel.
- Misty BlueFebruary 3, 2012This hotel is awesome. The pool is spacious and the rooms are beautiful. Will definitely be back.
- KtekJanuary 23, 2011Ask for your car from the valet parking at least 45 mins before you check out. It's very sloooow. Or park at the casino instead it's cheaper & accesible by covered walkway.
- Why pay for parking when you can park in connected casino for $5 or free if you have a players card
- Alexander RuppelJune 2, 2013Pool is 6 AM to 11 PM. Ice Machine on 18th and 16th floor. Get your SPG points.
- Naveen AAugust 11, 2012Park at the casino next door - its free, just need to validate your ticket there
- Having spent copious amounts of nights in hotels from working on the road, these are easily the most comfy hotel beds I've ever slept in
- Justin ChardMarch 30, 2013Man, the drinks at east side here are retardedly over priced. 23$ for two shots of jäger and a can of red bull!?
- Tim WhiteJuly 14, 2013Just tried checking in and our room won't be available for an hour and a half after check in time
- Four Points by SheratonOctober 25, 2010Enjoy a great local craft beer at Four Points with Best BrewsTM. We're featuring Barking Squirrel Lager by HOPCITY.
- Gene AlvarezMay 26, 2012The pool needs a chemical treatment parking is either valet $20, self $12 (across st)
- Romina MoraFebruary 28, 2012Don't trust on regular work hours to get some Starbucks... They open late and close very early!!! That makes me so mad
- KtekJanuary 23, 2011Only parking is valet parking. It is a rip-off at $20/day. Heaters in room are ridicoulously noisy. Hallways are reezing. They are currently under construction. Wifi is slow can't stream anything.
- El CalixoFebruary 18, 2014Just don't! Lost reservation, no fridge or microwave, coffee pot still had coffee in it, $15 to park in an uncovered lot 100 yards away... Terrible!
- Turhan Earl VanDyke TerrellJuly 4, 2012Horrible place. I will be complaining to the corporate office as soon as they open.
