The Catering Deparment signature - our Executive Chef creates a daily changing menu consisting of 1 protein dish, 1 vegetarian dish, 2 salads and 1 carbohydrate dish which is delivered to your chosen location and set up for service. Menus are available one month in advance so you can find out what chef is preparing on any given day and simply let us know what time you would like us to set up.
