- Never disappointed. Clean rooms good service, saw the air show from out balcony and good food. I guess being a platinum owner helps too. ;)
We love this place! We highly recommend it to everyone! We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, me, my husband, and our 3 boys ages 6, 8, 10. Love it here. I'm an owner and I've never had a problem with any employee here. Everyone seems so friendly. If you've been here once or twice before and had a bad experience don't let it ruin anything

Amy GehrisJuly 1, 2017It's not a bad place if you don't mind waiting. Waiting for the Elevator. Waiting for Shuttle Service. The wifi is terrible. The rooms are nice & clean. The staff are very friendly. But that's it.
Nice view BUT the place is a glorified Holiday Inn.Our room is right next to the ice machine which wakes up our baby in the night & bathroom smells like whatever the neighbor is cooking... it's gross- FAR from the boardwalk! There is a "Free" shuttle but it doesn't run that often. Pushy sales people lame kids activities. We will NOT be back
Don't wonder the surrounding streets past 11 PM. The neighborhood streets in Atlantic City transform into a full fledged ghetto with dangerous armed criminals.

The new elevator system is different and better. Press your floor number and it tells you which elevator bank is arriving for you. - Take a up elevator to go down. Most of the time it will be faster than waiting for a elevator going down.
India MorganJuly 3, 2011For some reason the elevators are super slow so we did a lot of walking up & down to the 12th floor which leaves you quite dizzy.
- This place is really going down hill. Appliances are noisy, rooms are dirty. I heard Fantasea now owns the Atlantic Palace, witch is a much better hotel and in a MUCH better location.
- The new elevator system is worse than ever. Prepare to wait just as long and the occasional "Can Not Lift" message.

JulsFebruary 17, 2013Biggest scam in the city. They lie about way too much and we r having nothing but problems getting a refund because they misrepresented their trial offer for timeshare. Spread the word and avoid them.- Plan alternate methods of transportation cause the shuttle sucks in many ways.
