Ted Patrick BoglosaOctober 4, 2014The best sunset view of the Tonle Sap River is at the al fresco top floor of FCC Phnom Penh! The food is amazing and the portions are big and reasonably priced. The hotel doesn't disappoint! Awesome!

Rachel TitleyJuly 13, 2014Cocktails are great, view is spectacular, chocolate cake is delicious. Large groups confuse them, though, so look elsewhere if you are one.
A must stop while here as everyone else said go rooftop early get front row seat and enjoy Happy Hour

Grass fed steak was good for 12 dollars. One of my favourite places to chillax with a cold beer.

Wicked Greek salad & excellent burger with fries! You definitely get what you pay for:)
Andrey KuzinJanuary 15, 2012Despite of a good view, you have a chance to taste incredibly bad cofee and so-so food for a price that makes me think that i would rather pay for entrance to have a sit without ordering a food.
