The Big Slab is awesome! Enjoy the smoke ring and the sides -- don't forget the beans . . . they have little bits of BBQ in them!

Chopped pork was gross. Way too dry and fatty. Sweet corn, nothing sweet about it. Best thing was my water, when the server filled it up, and the corn muffin.
