The "grandma's pizza" (cheese, tomato sauce, basil sauce) is solid, and the rice balls were surprisingly delicious (warm cream and rice, breaded)! Great for a quick, affordable meal in Soho.
"The square slice has a slightly sweet sauce that is the perfect complement to the melted mozzarella cheese, and its lightly pan-fried bottom crust speaks to my soul." - Chef Jim Botsacos Read more
I've been eating here for almost 10 years, easily on of the best pizza spots in NY. Anytime I'm in soho, that's the go to spot for a slice. Specialty pizzas are nice, but still can't beat the classic!
Plain slices here are disappointing, but don't miss the Palermo, a thick, awesome Sicilian slice topped with bread crumbs and onions. Great Italian ices, too.
"Ben’s large, crunchy slices fill up patrons slightly more than your average nyc fare. Near Washington Sq. Park, this is a good tourist spot." - TJ, Oz content writer
Best pizza but they no longer enforce their no talking on the phone rule. Just ate while a guy walked in circles around my table talking on the phone (he wasn't even a customer).
