Kazy • December 10, 2019白だしラーメン(肉・海老ワンタン各2個) 1,130円。自家製の中太平打ち手揉み麺。並130g、中180gから選択。ツルンと喉ごしが良い。チャーシュー、小松菜、ネギ、なると。煮干、昆布、鰹節、アサリと複数の魚介を掛け合わせたスープ。醤油ダレは白醤油、薄口醤油、魚醤をブレンドし、透明感ある仕上がり。一切の無駄がなく旨味のみで構成されていて、優しく体に染み渡る。残すのは勿体ないので、飲み干すしかない！

恒成 千. • November 14, 2019板橋駅前にあるイタリアンの美味しいお店。4000円の飲み放題のコースにて、送別会をこちらで行いました。まずは初手一杯目はビールからスタートし、二杯目から好きな飲み物をオーダーできるシステム。一品目の、ハモンセラーノがのったプレートの、クリームチーズのフライは食感がねっとりとして揚げたことで、チーズのコクが増している感じがしました。シーザーサラダもパスタも、カジュアルイタリアン美味しい。
