Coffee Origins‏

Our single Origin coffees are comprised of select beans from a single crop and country.

El Salvador Partnership

We source this direct-trade coffee from a church group that is assisting this growing community through medical clinics and assisting local schools in the coastal mountains of eastern El Salvador. Good acidity and clean cup.

Papua New Guinea

Earthy and full of body this direct-trade coffee is assisting an entire community alleviate poverty and childhood illnesses. Dark roast and low acidity.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Purchased through a Christian organization that is working closely with farmers to assist them in realizing more profits from their labor. Great balance of flavor, acidity and body with a rich mocha aftertaste…dark roast.

Nicaragua SHG – Cafe Diego

This is our flagship coffee. Hemisphere Coffee Roasters purchases this directly from the Diego Chavarria farm outside of Matagalpa, Nicaragua. It is full of chocolaty notes with a lemon-citrus finish.

Peru Cococho

Purchased through a Christian agency direct from the growers, this is classic Peru coffee. Buttery texture with deep winy characteristics… dark Roast.

Mexico Chiapas

Hemisphere Coffee‏ Roasters purchased this high grown coffee directly from the south Mexico grower. Clean well-balanced cup.

Mad Rive Decaf

A blend‏ of decaf coffees with good acidity and flavor. This is not direct trade, but allows us to offer a coffee for the non-caffeine drinker.

Blends

Blending can be done for several reasons. One is to take bad coffee and improve it by adding some great coffee. This is not why we blend. We blend to combine the notes of several individual coffees to produce something unique and complex.

Nicaragua Blend

We do not normally do this but when you take a light roast and a dark roast of the same origin you end up with wam! One plus one equals ten!

Direct Trade House Blend

We think this is GOOD coffee! It is an expertly roasted blend of Nicaragua and Ethiopia to give you the ultimate experience.
