Best gym in downtown Memphis- affordable, spacious, and the classes are awesome. The best part- the owners truly care about your satisfaction and the members are welcoming and nice!
Best class is bootcamp - if you can't get outta bed for the 6am class there's tues/thurs nights ;)
Worth every penny! The boot camp classes are awesome, and so are the people!
