The food is authentic and delicious. Burritos are huge. I saw several complaints about the service in others reviews. Our server was excellent. She was friendly, attentive and fast. Excellent meal.
As a huge fan of Chipotle, this place was infinitely better than the fast casual chain. The "fork & knife" burritos are a must, and not too badly priced (about 10 bones). You can't beat fresh!
The tacos are generously sized and just $3. Get the carnitas and one of their creative cocktails and the iffy service won't faze you. Closest thing to authentic Mex this side of La Milpa.
The street cornappetizer is incredibly good! It comes with two ears, not just one. Also, the $3 endless chips with three salsas is a great idea. The habanero salsa is the hottest and tastiest.
Pretty inexpensive, but very good. Taco meat choices are broad. Salsas are authentic, if not a little too spicy. Service is subpar, but the atmosphere of the dining area makes up for it. Beach vibe.
Chips and tomatillo salsa are great. The roasted peppersalsa and habanero salsa were both a bit sweet for my taste. Good sized burrito but I would say skip the soy chorizo.
Working out the kinks but with any new restaurant that's expected. Our server was amazing even with all the craziness. Food was fantastic but the service was exceptional.
