Chaco Canyon Gold

We brew this easy-going golden ale w/ a bit of nebraska honey for a unique, sweet-yet-dry character, balanced w/ a crisp hop finish. Pair w/ fried foods, southwest cuisine & grilled chicken or fish.

Luna Sea Esb

Extra special bitter is our homage to the best of english beers. Brewed w/ imported english malts for a bold, caramel-sweet, yet crisp ale. Pair w/ grilled steak, salmon, BBQ or wild game, & caramel desserts.

Dark Side Vanilla Porter

An infusion of an old-world beer style & contemporary soul. Smooth, dark & roasted w/ highlights of chocolate, coffee & vanilla. Pair w/ indian or asian cuisine, beef, & chocolate or vanilla desserts.

Watch Man IPA

Serving as an ancient navigational pointer & constructed from unworked stones in the likeness of a human, inukshuk means, “you are on the right path.” watch man IPA keeps the bitterness firm, but in check, & is accented by floral & citrus notes from the hops. Pair w/ flaky grilled fish, creamy pastas & hearty salads.

Burning Skye Scottish Style Ale

Brewed in the tradition of scotland's malty-sweet beers. Sweet & smooth w/ a wee hint of smoked character. Pair w/ grilled chicken, beef, BBQ or wild game.

Third Stone Brown

A myth shattering ale that proves all dark beers don't have to be filling. Sweetly smooth w/ nutty hints of roasted caramel flavor. Pair w/ grilled beef or vegetables, southwest cuisine & caramel desserts.

Collapsar Oatmeal Stout

Can you escape the pull of our collapsar oatmeal stout? Coffee-like roasted flavors are smoothed by the addition of oatmeal. Like our irish brethren, we infuse our stout w/ nitrogen gas for a creamy head that “collapses” when poured.

Aries Märzen Oktoberfest

In the tradition of the bavarian märzen beers of germany, we cellar our fall lager in cool tanks for the length of the summer, producing an exceptionally clean-smooth flavor. With its pronounced malty “viennabread” sweetness & herbal nobel hop finish, there’s an oktoberfest in every sip.

Winter Axis Festivále

2012 brings a different spin on a traditional belgian abby ale. Deep gold in color w/ the aroma of fresh biscuits & ripe fruit, tart in the middle w/ a crisp, herbal finish. Brewed stong enough to stand up to winter's chill.
