A prestigious, private university within the Druid Hillsneighborhood. Worth walking around all by itself. Very scenic. You might even find the Atlanta skyline peeking through the trees.
Absolutely gorgeous facility—the landscaping makes it feel very tranquil. The fitness center is impressively well-appointed. And the staff is just unbelievably friendly.
The Emory Woodruff library is the great cultural treasure of Atlanta. Use their databases for free to access literally any scholarly article in the world.
Dr. Rye is fantastic - great bedside manner, funny, amazingly intelligent, and thinks outside the box. I have a LOT of doctors, and he is one of my favorites.

Great nurses and doctors. Chaplain Barry was a jerk. He pried an empty water bottle from my niece's hands (she has Cri-du-chat syndrome and cannot speak) and threw it in the trash for no reason.
If you want a break from hospital and/or hospital caf food, check out Cox Hall next door. Cox has familiar favs like Chick-fil-A, plus a deli, sushi, salad bar, coffeeshop, smoothies, etc. Refreshing
Even if you are staying in the south wing of the hotel, the south deck parking is not really easier, the parking under the hotel is nicer and easier to get to..
Nice place, comfortable beds, Rooms are clean Only bad thing is if you come in late you will be stuck walking half a mile in a rat maze of hotel rooms. Sucks when you are handicap on top of it.
Request Rollins Pavillion if you are ever a patient here. Way better than most hospitals- 2 room suite w/ living room, bedroom, office & you get private chef for your meals & good food! $275 ex./day

After 6 visits not one E.R. doctor could comprehend that the Xiphoid was the cause of my emergency room visit! Look up Xiphoid Pain Syndrome. Shame on Emory! They say they are then #1 Xiphoid Pain
If you're here for Emory's Bariatric program, be prepared to wait awhile. Your time is not important to them. I've waited 2+ hours AFTER my scheduled appt time before I see Dr. Williams.
The hotel is the ideal combination of a tranquil and convenient location, a visionary Frank Lloyd Wright design, and an unparalleled dedication to service.
