I got the Pablo deluxe combo. The enchiladas were great. The puffy taco was bad. The tortilla tasted stale. Never had such a thing but I had high hopes for it. Rice and beans are the real deal.
Large dining areas, so tables aren't on top of each other. My Dirty West cocktail was tasty (like an Old Fashioned), and my tampiqueña was perfectly seasoned and cooked, while smaller than I expected.

Food: very good. Drinks: very good. Service: average. Atmosphere: strange. There was a mix of sports bar, bachelorette party and karaoke... In a restaurant. Had a groupon and it's just down the street
Such wasted potential. Adequate tex mex, but with an absurd markup. $19 for average chicken enchiladas is unacceptable, especially with so many other options in the city. Simply not worth the price.
Honestly... Not that great. I was extremely disappointed. A lot of hype for nothing. If you're looking for authentic Tex-Mex, try Javelina Tex-Mex in Gramercy.
