Ben: Brand new, modern museum built into a limestone hill by an eccentric, millionaire mathematician with an amazing art collection. Also, there is a vineyard on the other side of the hill. A must see!
Ben: Outdoor beer garden, rotating taps of craft beer. A very local hangout just up the hill from the tourists.
Ben: Good, cheap chinese/szechuan food. I haven't been to this location, but I was a regular at the one in Sandy Bay
Ben: Old convict colony. Beautiful old sandstone buildings and frankly one of the best/informational tours I've ever been on.
Ben: Not sure if you will make it over to SA, but if you do you should think about checking this island out.
Ben: If you want to head North from Sydney, Byron is a can't miss. The beach is beautiful and the town is full of great places to eat.

Elizabeth: gorgeous once you get around Red Hill. It’s an easy daytrip. Really nice beaches.
