This place is airport awesomeness. Local coffee. Free wireless. Comfy seats and usb and plugs aplenty. No security lines.Upvoted 6 days ago
One of my favourite airports. Small without being sketchy, and good food available if your flight is delayed. Almost never a line for check-in or security.Upvoted 1 week ago

There is only one bar/restaurant past the gate until the construction is done. Even then it does not open before 8am. So if you’re on an early bird flight, there’s a grab and go shop.

Susan KingJanuary 26, 2014TSA electronic ticket scanner was out of order for 4 weeks over the holidays! It's fixed now but they have nothing to do except hassle people who are known travelers! Wow! Pick on someone else!
The security is quick and friendly. Parking is convenient. Never had a problem here.

Marty HallJuly 5, 2015Pastries good TSA Pre is supposedly express so you have to take out laptop but today I was told TSA Pre was suspended...expect to take shoes off and get more checks.
CID offers both free wifi and remember to look under the seats in the waiting area as most have electrical outlets. Good move CID!
Things are changing at CID, certainly for the better.

The power ports are great, but they really need to do something to upgrade the free Internet- it's never once worked correctly for me.

Wifi is always slow and clunky so if you have work, download before coming to airport. Appreciate it being free.

Eat before you get to the airport - there's little to choose from
Wow parking here is cheap compared to DES Moines airport. Long term parking for $30!
They may offer free wifi but I don't think it's ever worked for me. Stick to your cellular connection and you'll actually be able to do work here.
