Some rooms have the hot towel rack switch in the common hallway outside your room. Bonkers.

We went here gor a relaxing time but instead got greeted with a staff member who called my wife "fishy face" and pushed our luggage onto the floor with a snarl

Great spa. Not convinced on the Marco Pierre White menu. I know it's supposed to be less high dining, but feel the menu choice could be better
