Michele JohnsonJune 21, 2014Make sure your room is stocked with towels when you arrive. Ours wasn't and when we asked for more we had to wait because there was only one person at the front desk and she couldn't leave.
Elevators R small & extremely slow. Reservation was made 2 months prior & still didn't get the right room. Pull out couch was broken...they tried to prop it up with a footstool as a fix! WORST HOTEL!
Jessica DavisJanuary 19, 2014There is no manager on the weekend that can fix your problems with the rooms... broken sofa beds, water pouring out of the bathroom ceilings, etc... not worth staying at
Caitlin MaxwellJuly 13, 2012I've been to so many better hotels. Heating/AC is terrible. Made reservations for a double, got a king. Just minor things that could be fixed.
