- Meggan McCarthySeptember 21, 2013Staff is super friendly and helpful, however, since they moved to Nimitz, be prepared to wait in line...to pick up your car...to drop off your car...and to hop on the shuttle back to the airport.
Simone BennettJanuary 13, 2013Due to construction, unless you are a Dollar Club member you don't get checked in anymore in a nice A/C building. Kahului on Maui & Kona on Big Island R still indoors w/ A/C. Service still friendly!

Michael WanDecember 14, 2010I wasted time looking for a vehicle inspection slip to fill out & went to front desk to ask. They said in Hawaii, they don't deal with those forms. Every vehicle is inspected on return.
