I really like this place they really care about coffee. It's one of the more cozy micro roasters around town, but the coffee is amazing. They have great varietals. The converging flavors are sweet milk chocolate and savory sunflower seeds. Back of tongue.

A fresh grassy streak lightens the body of this cup to a light-medium.
