Definitely the xiao long bao (i had the beef!!!) & beancurd roll with shrimp & har gao (translucent dumpling with shrimp), actually I got a second xia long bao 👍👍👍 congrats to the founder!!!
I travel to Brussels every month and Dam Sum is my favorite place for catching up with my friends. If you only have time for one restaurant while in town, this is it!
Cool Chinese restaurant with a hip modern vibe and authenticdumplings, just like in China. Nice cocktails and mocktails too.Superb place for dinner, great casual atmosphere.
Central location and a small but delicious variety of delicate dim sums that the chefs prepare right in front of you. The main dishes are not really special but do try the mangoflan. Read more
The siu mai, har kau and char siu pao are really good, you can taste it's hand made... but the Xiao long bao the other dim sums and the dishes are underwhelming and greasy. Service is blah.
The dumplings being prepared in the open kitchen gives a good impression. But the final experience is not so nice : Raviolis in wonton soup overcooked, broth with strange taste, no Chinese at all.
Staff was very nice and the concept was fun too. Flavours are quite disappointing though, so really not worth it for the price. Doesn't compare to even the street dumplings in China.
Dans un cadre très sympa, on comprend pourquoi les dim sum préparés à la minute, c'est autre chose. Le poulet aux cacahuètes est excellent. Et n'oubliez pas de tester les différents icetea maison.
