To begin, cuban cuisine is not mexican (please don't ask us for cilantro or pico de gallo). Like the country, it is a blend of spanish, african and native caribbean influences. It is not hot or spicy like mexican. It relies on slow cooking simple, healthy ingredients (think beans and rice) often with citrus, garlic and onion seasonings. Our cuban fusion menu provides an authentic taste of traditional cuban favorites along with our take on some healthy cuban-influenced fare. Some essential terms to know
