Tons of beer options for the beer lover (and plenty of others for the non-beer lover). Once you work up an appetite, head to the taco truck parked in the backyard.
There is a small area of tables out front and a massive area out back. Bring your sunglasses because there is lots of open sky here; soak up some suds and soak up some rays!
I love this place. Great food and cool set up. The backyard is really nice. There's a taco truck and smoothie truck.... The taco truck gave me food poisoning though so I'd proceed with caution.
Went for a friends bday. They had a DJ that played A lot of Hip-Hop/R&B. They have spacious backyard patio with food trucks. It can get crowded after 12.
Simply one of the best outdoor spaces in the city. They do pig roasts and such on Sundays, the food is good the drinks are reasonable but let's be real, you're going for the sun
The best brunch in brooklyn, IMO. Backyard, frontyard and inyard action. Unlimited mimosas or bloody mary's + food for $20 AND you get an awesome waitress named Sara.
First, I thought "Man, the front is so spacious, this is great!" Then I went to the back and was like "THIS PLACE IS HUGE." Grab some tacos and a slushie and kick back!
Nice outdoor seating area. Good place to go if you want a change of pace from the norm of the typical city night life. Laid back atmosphere and decent beer selection
This place has a really cool vibe since it used to be an auto repair shop. If I ever become vegetarian, I'd eat the fried green tomato sandwich for every meal. Read more
I'm from out of town, so I don't have too much to compare to, but Crown Vic has repeatedly shown me a good time. Every time I visit I always end up here by the end of the night.
Back garden area is spacious and perfect for the warmer seasons. Drink ordering is a pain though: either wait forever at the bar, or wait forever for server. Best to limit orders (hint: pitchers).
$15 buys you a prix fixe brunch that includes up to 3 bloody marys or mimosas. The food is good but not amazing, but it's an excellent deal, esp if you like breakfast sandwiches.
There are secret port-a-potties behind the taco truck in the back that never have a line for some reason. But they also don't have lights. Maybe that's the reason.
Only 1 bar with 3 bartenders for hundreds of people on Saturday nights. If you want to have a fun night, steer clear of this place unless you have the patience of Buddha and like sweat lodges.
Front yard is nice and spacious. Inside is fresh n' clean. Backyard is unfinished (as of mid-August) but has potential. Beers are cheap before 7 p.m. Two thumbs up!
Good neighborhood joint. Go pre or post Glasslands show or just dance in a low key setting on a Saturday night. Or just have some quality hangtime any weeknight.
