Absolutely the best location in town, smack in the middle of Times Square. Walk downstairs and you're in the infamous spot where everyone is taking photos of the lights and glitz

This is a mediocre hotel and the staff are among the least helpful and least friendly in New York, which would put them high in the running for least helpful and least friendly worldwide.

The rooms have scenic view. Look out for nearby restaurants... There are some really nice restaurants around here

Right in the middle of Times Square, prices can be even higher than the better InterContinental New York Times Square nearby. Crowded check-in lines even at night. Decent rooms but not for the price.

The bathrooms are on the fifth floor. Take the escalator to the lobby and the elevators to that floor.

Well-kept rooms and very quiet for its placement in Times Square. Cell service is poor in the rooms so the WiFi might be worth buying.

Avoid the 15 th floor for a room. Gym is located on that floor and the works noisiest ice machine.

Best Crowne Plaza I've ever stayed in, that's for sure. Skip the hotel restaurant unless you're okay dropping $50 a person for food and drink.

The worst service is after new year.. They just can't handle the overnumbered guest.. Must waiting the rooms for 2 hours.. The staff was rude enough to make you labeled this hotel as bad hotel.
