- Crowne Plaza Hotels & ResortsJune 14, 2012Brasserie 1605 is one of the very few restaurants with a Times Square view, make sure to stop by for coffee - or more. Prefer Top of the Rock for views & ask our teams for Broadway shows bookings! Read more
- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍March 26, 2019Absolutely the best location in town, smack in the middle of Times Square. Walk downstairs and you're in the infamous spot where everyone is taking photos of the lights and glitz
- This is a mediocre hotel and the staff are among the least helpful and least friendly in New York, which would put them high in the running for least helpful and least friendly worldwide.
- Mohit GuptaMay 8, 2017The rooms have scenic view. Look out for nearby restaurants... There are some really nice restaurants around here
- Cathy CaltabianoFebruary 22, 2014Great hotel. Clean, great staff, easy in and out of the city. We will be back here again.
- Great place to stay in NYC. Everything is really close and the view is amazing.
- Edward DelfinoSeptember 11, 2018Times Square view rooms cost more, but the view is worth it. Modern decor, very busy lobby area.
- Clement ChanAugust 7, 2014Right in the middle of Times Square, prices can be even higher than the better InterContinental New York Times Square nearby. Crowded check-in lines even at night. Decent rooms but not for the price.
- Mr MaggioApril 17, 2016Smaller rooms than the Marriot but it's a great optiom if you're visiting times square...
- Pedigree BrandNovember 7, 2011Dogs up to 20 lbs. allowed; $25/night pet fee; $100 refundable security deposit. This is the place to stay with your pooch in the Broadway theater district.
- The bathrooms are on the fifth floor. Take the escalator to the lobby and the elevators to that floor.
- Angie SweeneyFebruary 13, 2012Best room service! Called 'cause I'm sick and they sugessted chicken noodle soup and camomeal (sp?) To make me fel better. Souper service.
- Matt BishopJanuary 17, 2015Well-kept rooms and very quiet for its placement in Times Square. Cell service is poor in the rooms so the WiFi might be worth buying.
- Ryan BattyMay 20, 2013Decent rooms, and Illy coffee in the lobby during morning hours. Remarkably quiet for being in Times Square.
- Tammy EppersonSeptember 1, 2011Pizza from room service was excellent. Great hotel; ask for a Times Square view room.
- JC DamianDecember 21, 2011Great hotel, everyone very helpful... A must if you are visiting New York!
- J. XMApril 29, 2013You'll get a better rate if you just book with a set deal online, Priceline bidding will result in paying much higher.
- Lobby is a bit noisy and plays the worst elevator music, but has blazing fast free wifi, outlets and seats.
- Alvin RichardsAugust 1, 2013Avoid the 15 th floor for a room. Gym is located on that floor and the works noisiest ice machine.
- Rob BlaskoAugust 5, 2010Best Crowne Plaza I've ever stayed in, that's for sure. Skip the hotel restaurant unless you're okay dropping $50 a person for food and drink.
- No minibar, but everything else is cool. I love this place
- David FarréSeptember 25, 2010Great bathrooms in the second floor lobby. They're not meant to be public, so play it cool.
- The best pool of all the New York Sports Clubs. If you are an NYSC member, check this place out.
- Joey GintingJanuary 2, 2014The worst service is after new year.. They just can't handle the overnumbered guest.. Must waiting the rooms for 2 hours.. The staff was rude enough to make you labeled this hotel as bad hotel.
- laluzOctober 24, 2011Perfect location, poor breakfast, 32th floor is noisy due to elevator machine, very helpful concierge
- Diane WillcoxMay 22, 2010If you're a guest -- the gym is FREE -- the website is wrong. And it's a really good facility.
