Raquel CashFebruary 10, 2017Very nice place & nice workers . Very close to Beale street and bass pro pyramid !- Stop by and try "Not Your Momma's Meatloaf" in the restaurant for lunch or dinner! And in response to the previous tip: there is a microwave in the lobby gift shop that is free to use :)

Lenell WhiteNovember 21, 2014I have stayed at other Crown Plazas and they were nice. But this one didnt pan out. Rooms smell & washcloths were dry-rotten.- The shuttle service is awesome. The cleaning people are aweful. Over all the hotel is pretty good for the price.

- Rhythm & Blues Bar and Bistro now features live music seven nights a week!
Taylor VickMay 13, 2012They are "full service", but their kitchen closes from 11am-4pm daily. Not impressed with valet/shuttle. Unresponsive front of house. Would not recommend.
- do not order French fries. they are soggy, wet and not tasty at all. similarly stay away from the cat fish at all cost. chicken blt is good.
