Try the Juicy Burger - One of the top five burgers I've had in SF. Insanely good and totally unique.
Every day, noon-5pm - burger, fries + 1/2 pint of beer for $10. There's nothing beating that deal in the immediate area. And it's a very decent, tasty burger at that. You can also order for pick-up.
