Good for travelers willing to forego traditional room service. order from local eateries like Gracie’s Diner, Nicks. walk to local deli. microwaves, small fridges in suites. Short walk to Q train.

While there are only 2 elevators, this was not a cause for delay. Distance from subway lines need to be planned for.
Fuck hotel, please try an other! You must always wait for the elevater, walking to the underground is to far! And they let other people in your room!! No breakfust, But a nice pool

A few more elevators would be nice. The wait is ridiculous.
Not a great location, customer service is poor, and staff needs to focus on that.
Stay away from the free coffee located one level down from the lobby.
House keeping stole my iPhone charger...watch ya back.
