Weird noises from the toilet - make sure you closed the door before going to bed.- I've spent a month at this hotel. Front desk staff & valet guys & Carlos, the shuttle driver are great. Housekeeping is terrible! On the rare days they bother cleaning the room, room is still a mess.
Food is delicious in the cafe...I have to say I am glad I am back home in colorado.- This place is amazing.we were able to extend our stay in a sold out hotel

Layla StewartFebruary 13, 2014Smokers dominate the courtyard area outside including then pool and hot tub. If you are a nonsmoker its terrible. GM said "I can't control the wind". Really?!?
RaOctober 21, 2011Don't try to turn on the heat, smoke alarm will go off and your room will smell like burnt hair for the rest of your stay.
