What a great hotel! Very new, super friendly staff, spacious rooms. On the water! They have a bar/restaurant poolside and a full bar with food in the lobby. They put out a popcorn machine at night!

Stayed for two days. Wasn't busy...great location, right on the gulf. Brand new hotel. Super friendly staff. Steel drum guy, by the pool on Saturday. So, perfect.

Nice, new and spacious rooms, some of them with a view of the gulf and some with a view of the lighthouse. Better grab a room on the 3rd floor. Love the lobby bar on the ground floor as well.

Hotel and service are quite good. Unfortunately there was a new building under construction marking noise. Actually Marathon is a boring place w/o many attractions. Better go straight to Key West.
