Great service... concierge ans reception cannot do enough to help you out. Rooms only missing tea making facilities. Great for business stay-free wifi everywhere. I stayed a week and no complaints.

Red Line access only two blocks away.
Apparently there's a firehouse nearby. While I love a hot fireman the sirens will keep you up all night. Better if a fireman kept you up all night!

Steve KMay 29, 2011Great location, walk anywhere, horrible slow internet, no wifi except in lobby, and maybe it's just because of the long weekend but I have never had so many screeching children in a hallway before
One of the softest beds I've slept in. Also microwave available by request!!
Beds are tiny, so get the biggest bed possible if you plan on sharing.

Cory BennettAugust 29, 2012The wifi is painfully slow. You're better off creating a hotspot with your phone and using that connection.- This hotel does NOT have room service. Also, the Starbucks that was once in the lobby is gone.

The Internet connectivity is indeed slow, but the wakeup calls have been reliable.

Very slow internet, comfortable beds, centrally located, area is a bit dicy though.
Internet is broken, TV is fuzzy and the toilet seat won't stay up. Oh....and valet parking is $48 daily. Avoid this place!
Lynn EastepJanuary 21, 2010I don't recommend this hotel for business travellers. They don't have WiFi, they forgot to make a wakeup call and the TV was broken.
