Jessica CastoJune 8, 2012I wouldn't bother to ask for a feather free room. After multiple requests my room still doesn't have foam pillows. Every staff member I have spoken to are rude. I will find a different hotel next time
- Slow wifi, and couldn't get food during the snowstorm: "We don't make sandwiches until after 5pm." !?!? This was my last time here; done.
