With our local seafood purveyors delivering to us on a daily basis, we are proud to provide our guests with both fresh & high quality products. Each fish selection is hand cut, and all trim/bones are utilized for stocks and soups to help promote the sustainable seafood movement

All of our steaks and chops are hand cut in house. We proudly serve Chairman's Reserve Certified Premium Beef. Chairman's Reserve Certified Premium Beef uses a certification process that ensures every cut of beef meets a strict set of specific quality requirements. This includes characteristics like marbling, texture, maturity and thickness. Our Duroc Premium Pork promises an "All Natural & hormone free", rich flavored pork, with superior tenderness and natural juiciness. Bright reddish pink in color, contains a higher percentage of intramuscular fat (marbling). These unique attributes translate into a more tender, juicy and flavorful. All of our meats are seared under our 600 degree broiler and seasoned with natural sea salt and cracked black pepper
