Been waxing for years and this was the least painful experience. Ever! Sophia (Kelly) did my Brazilian and it was totally a pleasant experience! She's the best! :)

Ask for Sophia. She's my fave: a wax will never be pain-free but she makes it as painless as possible: she's quick and fun to talk to. Was late for an appt and she did a great job with 15 mins.

Avoid at all costs. They burned my leg so badly I could barely stand, and it was still burned a week later.
